Donna is a qualified Pilates instructor who lives in Stockport, UK. A passionate Pilates instructor, she teaches mat based classes suitable for people of all levels. Donna loves to share her passion via this blog and her YouTube channel, Pilates with Donna Finnie.
In addition to Pilates she takes part in a regular bootcamp, and enjoys challenges such as running 10K with a 55KG tyre.
