Standing Pilates Workout – No equipment needed


This is a standing routine that can be done anywhere, no equipment required unless you’d like to use a chair to give you more stability when focusing on balance and posture.

We will be moving your spine in all directions to help you feel more flexible and strong. The routine includes stretches and exercises to tone your thighs and improve your balance.
